Do any of these phrases sound familiar?


You have probably heard, or at least felt, one of these by now.

From the moment you tell the world you’re expecting, you are flooded with nightmare stories. From the horrors of birth, to the terrible exhaustion. Why are we so keen on sharing how bad it is and not how good it can be.


It’s not helpful at all, and I'm sure you're tired.


Being sleep-deprived and exhausted doesn’t make you a good parent, it doesn’t give you a badge of honor, and you won’t be feeling like a superhero. If fact, it most likely makes parenting feel more like the horror stories we fear the most.


So why do we keep on selling the idea that sleep deprivation is just something we have to get through? Is your child's key development stages something you just want to get through?

We're here to say that you don’t have to do this alone. You don't have to just get by always living in a constant state of constant catch-up.
